As a design leader at The Times since 2011, Libby has been intensely focused on the evolution of the news product experience. She has guided teams through business model, tooling and UX transformations and has been a key figure in growing the product design function from a handful of designers to a fully integrated team spanning all areas of the organization. Prior to The Times, Libby practiced UX design at digital magazines and agencies, and produced comic books aimed at helping children learn to read.
